On Saturday, we launched a new website for Kings Kids Village, an orphanage in Kenya, East Africa, along with a “refreshed” logo and color scheme. Not only did we design a new logo and site, but we are in the process of establishing an email campaign, a way to get people to volunteer right from their website, and more.  This site showcases two things very well: 1. how good a website can look for around $1000, and 2. how many creative ways there are to use email and email lists as an extension of a site, and how far this goes with volunteer based non-profits.  As usual, let us know what you think!

Hi! This message is for Molly Stern. I couldn’t find your direct e-mail address. I have talked to Pastor Phil Amandola about clothing kids this year, as per our conversation at Life Church on Dec 18th. I need you to e-mail me a separate picture and measurements for each kid, so we can get started. I am going to make a presentation at church on February 12th, and need to make up a board with pictures so that we can assign people to each child. Feel free to make any questions or suggestions.
